Flood victims in Anambra State have cried to the State and federal authorities for help, describing their plight in numerous IDPs camps as insufferable.
That is as the Anambra State Emergency Administration Company (SEMA) has launched into an evaluation tour of varied communities effected by flood disasters with a purpose to confirm the water levels.
The evaluation, which was carried out at Ogbaru, Anambra East and Anambra West LGAs was to help SEMA to current state of affairs reviews to the state authorities.
SEMA Govt Director, Mr Cyprain Agupugo represented by the Govt Assistant to the governor on SEMA (Media), Mr Emeka Obinwa mentioned that with the rising degree of water, extra victims had been moved into Holding Centres.
