Main lawyer, Femi Falana, has mentioned he would take up the case of Ifemosu Adewale, a scholar of Federal College of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Ogun State, who was expelled over a publish on Facebook.
Falana revealed this whereas talking at a colloquium in Lagos on Thursday.
He mentioned he had spoken with Adewale and the case can be taken to court docket.
He mentioned, “A younger man simply met me now that he needs to take his college to court docket.
“He wrote an article on armed theft case in FUNAAB and the college authority felt offended and rusticated him.
“I have asked him to see me next Tuesday. We will take up the case and we will go to court.”
