COVID-19: Nigeria could be heading to something dangerous like in China, Italy – FG warns

Nigeria’s Minister of Health, Osagie Ehanire, has admitted that besides they act quick, the unfold of COVID-19 could be related to outbreaks in Italy and China.

Ehanire, briefing reporters on Monday, disclosed that 179 individuals had contact with the Italian, who introduced the primary case of coronavirus to Nigeria.

With the closure of our airports, we will reduce inflow of new cases and deal with the ones we already have,” Ehanire stated.
