A younger woman has been rescued unharmed from the rubble of the Lagos explosion that occurred on the Abule-Ado explosion web site in Amuwo-Odofin Local Government Area, Lagos state.
The younger woman merely recognized as Favour, was rescued by Nigerian Red Cross officers.
According to the Chairman, Nigeria Red Cross Society (NRCS) Lagos department, Adebola Kolawole, she was discovered amidst the rubbles throughout rescue operations on Sunday evening.
Adebola Kolawole added that Favour’s mom sustained a head harm from the incident and her brother too was injured.
The mom who has now gained consciousness, was stated to have instructed rescue officers that Favour was her daughter, whereas in her semi-coma state.
“Favour will soon be reunited with her family,” Kolawole added.
